  To be honest, if I could give a negative star I would however Google forces me to give at least one.
  
  To be clear that is Google choice to reward this business, not mine.
  
  This was easily one of the worst nights out I believe I have ever experienced. I decided to wait to put my review up in hopes that ownership would step up and actually acknowledge that these complaints existed or that customers were not happy, and here we are after weeks, no responses.
  
  Not only were we pretty much ignored the whole night, our complaints are being ignored to this day as well. For a place that use to have a repectable reputation, it's clear that this is no longer a place to go and spend your money, unless you are one of those people that just loves to be disrespected and made to feel unimportant while waiting two hours for your food to arrive. If that's what you call good customer service, then yes, unequivocally this is the place for you.
  
  However if you are like me and the rest of the hard working individuals of the world who are not fond of throwing away money with no return of anything except perhaps a horror story to tell your friends, then I would urge as many as possible to stay away from this place. I would say maybe new management would help, however as we were told, this was in fact new ownership, I can't really see this place turning around anytime soon.
